Nero Scout is very suspiciously a crippled version of Copernic Search. However, it doesnt know if you already have that or Microsoft Search installed and add itself to the load of the system. Anyway, we know among all, we do not want Nero Scout. So I wrote this problem to rid it.
Basically, you disable it from the toolbar first, but its still wasting you resouces in memory. Next you will need the program to auto unreg and rename some files.
